Associate Producer
Winikur Productions has an opening for an Associate Producer to work on diverse projects in a tight-knit collaborative environment. You will support the production process and be part of a team that designs and creates short films, immersive experiences, and digital interactive exhibits. We’re looking for a creative and curious person with strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
This is a full-time, in-person position in Boston.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all phases of video and interactive production, including pre-production / research, on-set production, and post-production / editing
- Manage documents and production assets, including research, scripts, benchmarking materials, archival media assets and rights clearances, etc.
- Research archival imagery and content
- Organize third-party assets to support production (e.g. licensed music, stock footage, commissioned footage from independent videographers)
- Assist in the ideation of media concepts
- Contribute to other projects as appropriate (e.g. social media, web, marketing efforts)
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and planning skills
- Strong research and writing skills
- Familiarity with the media production process
- Basic knowledge of media and graphics software (advanced fluency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with FileMaker Pro is a plus
- Sense of humor
- Must like dogs
